Mobile boiler room and fuel storage

Mobile boiler room and fuel depot based on shipping containers – this kind of combination can supply the entire housing estate for the time of connection of heat to the district heating network. Two 40'HC shipping containers were shortened to the required dimensions and adapted to perform specific functions. The boiler room was equipped with a high-powered reheating furnace, control equipment and flue gas chimney. We installed an electrical system with a separate ground and an external safety switch. Fuel storage was equipped with a tank for liquid fuel and a sump. The floor of the containers was covered with a tight metal sheet in order to facilitate surface washing. Rooms were insulated with sandwich-type boards with PIR core, and then we made gravity ventilation (air intakes in doors, outlet holes under the ceiling).

Mobile cryptocurrency mine

Mobile cryptocurrency mine

The subject of adaptation is a 20'DC ONEWAY container adapted as a mobile cryptocurrency mine. The main requirement of the container is to provide adequate cooling and ventilation for devices digging cryptocurrencies, generating a very high temperature. In order to ensure proper ventilation we made an openwork ventilated steel wall, which has removable filters behind. On the opposite wall, we installed 8 very high efficiency fans with adjustable slats. In order to protect it from high temperature, we insulated the ceiling with rock wool with a thickness of 100 [mm], which was finished with a fireproof board. The container has an electrical system for proper control of the fans. The cryptocurrency mine was painted in two colors, white (RAL9003) and black (RAL9005), and equipped with dedicated racks for internal equipment allowing easy exploitation of the facility.

Office containers renovation

Our offer also includes renovation of shipping containers, so that "tired" containers can serve you for many more years. A customer approached to us with two office containers which he decided to renovate and modify. In the first room, the damaged insulation, boards, floor insulation and carpeting were removed. The container was cleaned up to the raw steel structure. The structure was completely refurbished by sanding, corrosion protection, and painting with top coat paint. A new door leaf and PVC window were installed. New insulation was made inside, using rock wool, a frame was made as a substructure for finishing boards and white laminated boards were installed as a wall finishing. In addition, an electrical installation, floor insulation and new industrial carpeting were installed. The second room was adapted as a grinding room. The container structure was completely renovated by grinding, corrosion protection and painting with top coat paint as it was made in the first room. There were holes cut in the container, PVC window and technical door were installed as well. We made frame for panels, on which we installed non-flammable sound-absorbing panels. The floor was finished with ribbed aluminum. From the outside containers were renovated and painted in RAL 5015 color.

40'HC Double Door sea containers

Double Door containers were made based on standard 40'HC used containers. Modification was made according to customer guidelines. External walls were painted in RAL 5008 color, the roof was painted with reflective paint in silver RAL 9006 color. The inside was covered with white anti-condensation paint, preventing the formation of condensate and condensation of water vapour on the inner walls of the container.

Technical container - transformer station

Technical container - transformer station

The container has been adapted for the function of a transformer station, equipped with three steel air intakes, and a roof industrial fan with a very high efficiency to ensure proper ventilation of the client's machines. The equipment with a total weight of 3,6 T was placed on two open steel channels installed directly to the steel frames of the container, which provides adequate load capacity, safety and stabilization of the machines. There were electrical insulators installed on the side walls, which were embedded in steel prefabricated elements cut out by laser technology. Electric installation such as lighting, sockets, radiant heaters controller and thermostats were also made inside the container. The whole container was painted on both sides in RAL 7035 light gray color.

20’DC shipping-office container

A classic project in our portfolio. Modified new sea 20’DC container as a mobile office (about 13m2, insulated with sandwich-type board with PIR core, electrical installation, window and door carpentry). This is one of several combinations that we prepare on clients’ request. Outside painting in pantone 2915C color.

Event containers

Event containers

We are pleased with the growing interest coming from the culture and entertainment industry. This time we contributed to the constantly developing "100nia" located in Gdańsk. On client's request we have made modifications of two 40'HC sea containers which have been adapted for a sanitary container and a bar container with social facilities. All of it was made in a minimalist, raw style, perfectly matching the style of the whole complex.

This year's most requested product. Standard base is a 20'DC shipping container, and the attached photo documentation shows both new and used containers. Configuration of flaps, door carpentry and equipment is our customer’s individual idea. Freedom in modifying the container is a big plus as everyone wants to have something original.

Surfing school

Surfing school

Our biggest investment so far. Surfing Club SKS dreamed of a school in Chałupy (town) so we made that happen, so the whole complex was built with six 20’HC and three 40’HC containers. Among others: reception, technical rooms, accommodation rooms, chillout zone. Adaptation of the containers in accordance with the requirements of our client is not everything. We also took care of the installation of the whole complex as well as we made a wooden structures connecting the containers. For this project we used RAL 9011 color.

Expansion of the summer house

Expansion of the summer house

In this case, our client came up with an idea of expanding his summer house, which was a caravan. We obtained the space by combining two 40'DC containers, which were shortened to a length of 9,5 meters. The walls of the containers were cut according to the customer's project and processed with a closed profile for window and door carpentry. The roof of the building was prepared to be a terrace, which will be made in the near future. The whole object was renovated and painted in RAL 7021 color.

Bar container 40'HC

Bar container made of shipping container? Recently it is a very popular and practical solution. This time we were approached by the Progresja club from Warsaw, who colored our project by painting it in RAL 4005 color and brought some contrast to the black and grey containers which are the most popular. The container was placed in an open space, where very soon concerts and events will take place. We know from reliable sources that the "purple container" is really making a splash :)

Storage area 2 x 40'HC

One of the most popular solutions according to extend storage space. In this case our customer asked us to make a set of 40'HC shipping containers. In Biała (town), our team assembled and placed the containers in a designated place next to the deli building in a way that there was a direct access to the warehouse. The containers have been equipped with IP55 electricity, mineral wool insulation covered with MFP board, renewal and painting the containers from the outside in RAL 7016 color.

Office and social facility with workshop facilities 2 x 40'HC

The title set was made based on two 40’HC used sea containers. In the first container there is a place for an office, coatroom and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. The second container is a warehouse and workshop. Containers have been insulated with sandwich-type boards with PIR core, the floor has been covered with PVC lining, external painting is in RAL 7016 color.

The garage with the surface of approx. 90m2 was based on the 40’HC used containers. After delivery of the first two containers it turned out that it will be necessary to enlarge the space, so we quickly managed with the preparation and integration of the third one. In this case, the fast reaction and flexibility towards the original assumption worked out great.

Seasonal - technical facility 2 x 20'DC

The facility was constructed based on two new 20'DC shipping containers. The first room was arranged as a dwelling house, while the second as a handy workshop. Outside was painted in black RAL 9011. Inside was insulated with mineral wool with a thickness of 10 mm. The walls were covered with MFP board and painted white, while the ceilings and floors were darkened to give contrast. The final effect is really impressive.

Catering container 20'HC

Catering container 20'HC in the building. A big challenge (those we like the most), which was successfully completed. We have received an order for the catering container based on 20’HC shipping container, which was meant to be located in one of the Warsaw's office buildings. The facility was built on site from scratch because of the limited access to the interior of the building entirely eliminated the delivery of the product.

Seasonal hut 20'HC

The seasonal hut is made of our new 20’HC shipping container. The exterior is painted in RAL 7016, the interior is insulated with 10cm thick mineral wool. The walls, ceiling and floor have been covered with 12mm MFP board. The sliding steel wall protects the container from burglars. In this case the container can also be used for example as a demonstration point at fairs and exhibitions.

The object was made based on two used 20’DC shipping containers, which were renovated and painted according to the client's wish. The area is consisting of a living room, bedroom, separate kitchen and bathroom. The house was delivered and located in a picturesque location in Rumia.

The presented complex was made with used 40’HC shipping containers which were shortened to 7 and 6 meters according to the client's guidelines. The building is made with four containers for warehouse facilities and two containers used as office space, made for the company from Drezden (Germany).

The construction based on four new 40'HC shipping containers serves as an office with full social facilities, for one of our clients. Our construction crew went to the designated place and bravely coped with setting up and connecting the whole set. This type of container office ceases to be exotic and becomes more and more common building.

Container house

This realization was based on eight sea containers (4 x 40’HC and 4 x 40’DC) to build a single family house ( 170m2 - usable 150m2 ). Modifications were carried out in the manufacturing hall. Within one day all the elements were transported and put together... In cooperation with external companies the final effect was achieved in 7 months. A sample in the pictures...

Container lowered 20'DC

We received the order from a fire department from Germany. When a standard shipping container is too high, it is possible to lower it to the desired height. In this case the container was shortened to 2,16m high, which allowed us to adjust its dimensions to the customer's needs.

Bar container 3 x 20'DC

The products were made of new 20’DC shipping containers. Perfect solution as a catering facility during summertime. Thanks to the gas springs, opening and closing of the flaps is much easier when used daily. Modification of the sea container allows you to adjust the size of the openings according to client’s needs and preferences.

Specialist container 20'HC

The container was modified according to our client's guidelines and after installation of specialized equipment it serves as a water treatment station. The base is a new 20’HC sea container. On the walls there is mineral wool insulation covered with MDF board. The floor was covered with an anti-slip PVC surface. We installed technical doors in the gates of the container for quick and efficient entry in case of an emergency.

Military mockup 10'DC

Unusual and spontaneous order. We received a request to make a mockup for one of the military training grounds. Container (10’DC in this case) served as an object of enemy forces and was eventually destroyed by our troops using heavy ammunition :)

Self Storage type 40’HC container

A storage container based on a used 40’HC shipping container with ten boxes, each box is a 2.6m2 area that can be used to store bicycles, scooters, garden accessories, furniture, etc. All of the rooms are equipped with gravity ventilation to prevent the moisture accumulation. The number of boxes is optional. The product is part of our regular offer.

The containers were renovated and painted both inside and outside, we also installed technical doors. The warehouses were additionally equipped with a 1500/1500 size ramp enabling entry with a forklift or a pallet truck, as well as side ramps enabling an easy entry to the containers.

One of our first realizations. Warehouses designed for storing parts and accessories of sailboats, boats or gardening equipment. The containers were delivered by us and placed in a beautiful place near a lake in Masuria. We installed insulation with mineral wool with a thickness of 10cm, walls and ceiling were covered with 12mm MFP board, we mad an electrical installation in IP55 degree and gravity ventilation.

Grain silo 2 x 20'DC

Bulk material tank, built with two 20’DC sea containers. Capacity of about 60m³ allows storing a considerable amount of e.g. grain, road salt or feed. This particular project was placed in the port of Gdansk. We can make similar tanks in any configuration using all container dimensions and types. A great addition to such a tank will be our ramps.

Insulated warehouse for another satisfied customer, this time the container went to Głogów. The container is equipped with mineral wool insulation with a thickness of 10 cm, IP 55 electrical system (3 double sockets, two hermetic lamps), 1000W heater, quadruple gravity ventilation and air intakes on the gates, the walls are covered with MFP boards.
